ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS

There are two parts to the online registration process.

Registration and Payment (through PayPal)

COST PER PLAYER - $50.00

CAPTAINS AND PLAYERS CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

 

1. Captains and players must register individually or as a team by entering each player's name on the registration form.

2. Once you have registered AND paid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

3. For a team to be registered and entered in the draw, all levels must have a minimum of SIX (6) eligible players registered AND paid by Monday, October 7th, 2019 at 9:00 AM. (3 Men, 3 Women)

4. A 55/65 & Over player must have a minimum of one (1) match played (one default received counts) unless a waiver has been approved. If there is just one team in the state, that team may advance directly to the Invitational without any match requirements.

5. Players registering after Monday, October 21st, 2019 at 9:00 AM will not be guaranteed a player gift.

Search options to view players registered for the team:

• Click on a Column header for team numbers - this will sort the table by the team.

• Search box-Scroll to the bottom of the page to the search box to search for team numbers or players names

• Make sure to scroll left to right at the bottom of the page to see all players registered.

If your name fails to appear on the list the day after you have registered, please contact us at Schelle@ArkTennis.com.

Player’s names will not be added to the list unless the entry is paid.
